LED Sign Keypad - Wireless Infared Remote

All Asayo LED signs come with a keypad, so there is no need to order one when ordering a new Asayo LED sign.  But, you can order this keypad as a replacement for a misplaced Asayo keypad, or when you want to have a second or backup keypad.

Operation

The keypad works as an infrared wireless remote.  There must be a clear line of sight from the keypad to the LED sign for the infrared light to reach the infrared sensor on the front of the LED sign.  The keypad will not work through walls.  It will work through clear glass windows.  You can usually control the LED sign up to 50 feet away.  It uses two triple AAA batteries (not included).

Two Versions

There are two versions of the keypad, the color version and the red only version.  The majority of the Asayo LED signs use the color keypad, including most red only LED signs.  These red only LED signs just ignore the green and yellow color keys when they are pressed.  The only exception to this is the Asayo LED sign 228R, which has a reduced function set and uses a special red only version of the keypad. 

If you have the Asayo LED sign 228R, then mention this in the comments section of your order to insure we ship you the special red only version of the keypad.

Only Works With Asayo LED Signs

This keypad will not work with LED signs from competing companies since each company has their own unique keypad.
