Easy to Use

One click on the remote keypad stops the current message from displaying.  A second click lets you type in or edit your message, set colors, and add special effects.  Another click displays your new message.  No need to learn complicated programming procedures.

The LED Sign 445RSB can store up to 26 different message sequences.  Each message can be as long as memory will allow, up to 16,000 characters in length, and can have multiple messages and transitions sprinkled throughout.  You can also create your own graphic characters.

The sign saves its messages when off, up to 60 days.  This means your messages will not be not lost when power is interrupted.  Enter messages at home or in your office, and later take your sign to your office, retail location or trade show to display them.

There are 32 assignable timers you can use to display different message sequences at different times of the day.  For example, display a breakfast special from 8AM to 12PM, a lunch special from 12PM to 3PM, and a dinner special from 3PM to 10PM.

Keypad

Wireless Remote & Serial Port

You can control the LED Sign 445RSB up to 50 feet away with the wireless infrared keypad.  You do not need a computer to use this sign, everything can be entered and controlled by the keypad.

If you want to use a PC, the sign has a built-in RS232 serial port.  A separately available LED Sign Serial Kit lets you enter messages and control the sign via a PC.  A USB Adapter is available for PC's with a USB port and no serial port.

You can also develop your own computer software to control this or any other Asayo LED sign using our LED Sign Software Developers Kit (SDK).

Construction

The rugged LED Sign 445RSB is designed for 24-hour, 365-day use.  An aluminum outer case encloses industrial-quality red LED modules which are behind a protective plastic panel.  The sign is not weather proof, and if used outdoors, it will require a weather proof enclosure with rising air vent holes for cooling.  This tried and true design will provide years of hassle-free service!

Brightness & Viewing Angle

The LED Sign 445RSB is designed for outdoor viewing, in bright areas, even in direct sunlight conditions.  It is ideal in settings such as retail outlets where the sign will be visible to the outside public.

The sign has a 30 degree super bright viewing angle (15 degrees to either side), and a 140 degree standard brightness viewing angle (70 degrees to either side).
