30-Day Return Guarantee
 

Asayo LED signs and accessories are guaranteed for a refund of their purchase price, up to 30 days after receipt by the client.  This return guarantee does not include a refund of shipping charges, import duties, or return shipment charges.

Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging for a full refund, otherwise only a partial refund will be offered.  Call us before returning any item.
 

1-Year Limited Warranty

Asayo LED signs and accessories are warranted to work up to 1-year after receipt by the client.  This limited warranty does not include a refund of shipping charges, import duties, or return shipment charges.  If our product fails within 1-year, under normal use conditions, then return the product to us at your cost.  We will then repair or replace the product, and return the repaired or replacement product to you at our cost, less any import duties.  Call us before returning any item.
